Welcome to our Family Programs
We believe that the parents and caregivers of children under three years old have one of the most important jobs in the world. So we offer programs to nurture and support those who care for babies and young children. In our Parent Infant and Parent Child classes, we explore parenting challenges and share ideas about how to create a home life that supports healthy and joyful growth. Classes meet weekly and are facilitated by a Waldorf-trained teacher.

Parent & Toddler Classes
These classes provide a gentle structure within which toddlers (up to young three-year-olds) can begin to experience the world outside of the home with the security of a parent nearby. Ample time for play will be balanced with simple activities. Parents will have the opportunity to observe how the teacher transforms these activities into education for the young child. The classes provide a welcoming and respectful place where parents can come together in mutual support.
Parent & Toddler Classes meet on Thursday and Saturday mornings and include a light snack. We offer:
• Parent & Toddler Classes on Thursdays for toddlers from 12 to 36 months old.
• Parent & Toddler Classes on Saturdays for toddlers from 12 to 36 months old.
The beginning week of each new Parent & Toddler Class includes an orientation session – just for the parents – intended for those who are joining a class for the first time.

Parent & Toddler Class Schedule for 2014 - 15 Sessions:
Parent & Toddler Classes on Thursdays, 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.
Winter Session: January 8 - March 26 (no classes Feb 19 & Mar 19)
Cost: $350 (10 wks) As of today, 12/19/14, this session is full. Please check out our Saturday class below.
Spring Session: April 2 - June 4 (no class Apr 23)
Cost: $315 (9 wks)
Parent & Toddler Classes on Saturdays, 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.
Session 2: January 10 - February 7
Session 3: March 14 - April 18 (No class March 28)
Cost: $175 for each of the two 5 week sessions (3 & 4)
Session 4: May 2 - June 6
Cost: $210 (6 wks)
Classes are enrolled on a first come, first served basis.

Learn how we use stories, songs, games, and artistic activities to engage the intellect and the feelings and how this approach lays the foundation for creative thinking.
